CA Conciergerie was born of a simple idea: a residence let to guests deserves the care of a hotel room, and its owner deserves figures they can read. We chose a territory we know on foot — from Villeneuve-Loubet towards Nice and towards Cannes — rather than a map too wide.

We are not an estate agency and do not present ourselves as one; nor are we a hotel. We are a concierge: we prepare, we keep, we host, and we report. Every contract is written for one home; every partner is chosen once, for a long time.

Our days begin early, at the hour when light enters the houses. It is the hour of photographs, of checks before arrival and of shutters being opened. The evening is the hour of late arrivals. In between, the coast is our office.

Before concierge work came property sales: visiting apartments and villas, listening to what owners expect of their home, seeing what buyers really look at. It teaches you to read a home, its condition and its neighbourhood, and to say plainly what it is worth.

Then travel. A great deal of it, often in holiday rentals: perfect apartments and less perfect ones, thoughtful welcomes and forgotten ones. It was from the other side of the door, as a guest, that the wish to make it a profession came: keeping homes the way one would like to find them on arrival.

A host himself and based in Villeneuve-Loubet, Jérôme Popa founded CA Conciergerie (CA, as in Côte d’Azur) to bring both experiences together: a property eye for the owner, a traveller’s standards for the stay.

Daniela, his partner, manages the homes with Jérôme. The two of them look after them together, with a trusted cleaner and partner tradespeople for works and repairs.
