Terms of use of the site.
This site presents CA Conciergerie and lets you write to us. It allows neither booking, nor payment, nor the conclusion of a contract.
Last updated: 23 October 2026.
Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of ca-conciergerie.fr, published by Jérôme POPA, sole trader operating under the brand CA Conciergerie (see the legal notice). By browsing the site, you accept them. They may be amended; the version online prevails.
An information site
The site’s content — texts, residence pages, journal, FAQ — is provided for information. It constitutes neither a contractual offer, nor a lodging contract, nor legal, tax or regulatory advice.
No booking and no payment take place on the site. Any contractual relationship — concierge contract, stay, partnership — is the subject of a separate written agreement, drawn up after discussion.
The “Model home” page is a presentation template and corresponds to no available property.
Forms
The forms let you send us a request. You undertake to provide accurate information and not to use the site for unlawful purposes or unsolicited marketing. The processing of submitted information is described on the Privacy page.
Liability
We strive to keep the site up to date and available, without being able to guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. CA Conciergerie cannot be held liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the information published, in particular regarding short-term letting, whose regulation rests with the competent authorities of each commune.
Intellectual property and links
The site’s content is protected and may not be reproduced without permission. Links to third-party sites are provided for information; we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those of the jurisdiction of the publisher’s registered office, in Villeneuve-Loubet.
Consumer clients: if a written complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer the dispute, free of charge, to the consumer mediator CM2C (49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net), as set out in our legal notice.
