Renovation & building work

A full renovation or a single room, structural work or finishes: a chosen firm, coordinated by us. You have one contact — us. Sites are scheduled out of season, the quote is written before the first brushstroke, and every stage is reported to us in photographs.

    Housekeeping & linen

    Our standard

    Full housekeeping between every stay, with a checklist and a photograph of each room before arrival. Hotel linen laundered professionally, beds made square, towels per person. Products are plain, surfaces are clear, nothing smells of fragrance. Hours are kept and the unexpected is said at once. We pay quickly and work for the long run: few residences, always the same hands.

    Technical & access

    Our standard

    Plumber, electrician, heating, locksmith, air conditioning, pool: quick interventions for small breakdowns and clear quotes for the rest. You receive the address, the code and the context in writing; you tell us the time of your visit and what was done. Emergencies during stays come first, planned works are scheduled off season. Professional insurance up to date, without exception.

    Photography & interiors

    Our standard

    Photographers who wait for the right hour and do not use a lying wide angle; upholsterers, joiners and decorators who know a sofa must last ten seasons. The brief is short, the place is prepared before you come, and the images or the furniture must look like what the guest will find. Usage rights are written down before the first shot.

    Experiences

    Our standard

    At guests’ request only: private chef, a day at sea, a treatment or yoga at home, groceries before arrival. We recommend few names and we know them. Punctuality, discretion, prices announced in advance, no hidden commission on the guest. We look for people who love what they do and this coast.
