CA Conciergerie is neither a hotel establishment nor an estate agency; no professional licence, hotel classification or label is claimed on this site. The information published constitutes neither a contractual offer nor legal, tax or regulatory advice: the formalities attached to short-term letting (declaration, registration, change of use, tourist tax) are the responsibility of each owner, with the competent authorities.
No yield, occupancy rate or income is guaranteed. The ranges given in a property study are estimates based on written assumptions.
