Guests · Stays from Nice to Cannes. Homes prepared like hotel rooms.

You arrive after dark; the light is on, the beds are made, the guest book is on the table. The rest — the sea, the market, the silence — was already there.

What you will find

The arrival, first.

A house that smells clean, not of room fragrance. Hotel linen, heavy and pressed. Shutters that close and neighbours who sleep. A bottle of water chilling, coffee for the first morning, and a guest book that tells the truth: the number of steps, the parking space, the hour when the beach is yours.

We are not a hotel and do not claim to be one. But we keep what matters from it: someone answers when you call, and the house is ready when you open the door.

Few residences, opened only once they are ready.

Write to us with your dates, the number of guests and what you are looking for — the sea, the town, the quiet of the hills — and we will tell you what we can offer.

Arrival

How does the arrival work?

A few days before your stay you receive the residence’s guest book: the exact address, the building entrance or the gate, the floor, where to park, the wifi code, and the hour from which the house is yours. Arrival and departure times are those of your confirmation; we adjust them when the calendar allows, and tell you frankly when it does not.

Depending on the residence, the arrival is hosted — someone is waiting and shows you round — or self-managed, with secure access explained step by step in the guest book. In the old towns where the car does not reach the door, we arrange to meet on a square or at a tram stop, and go with you whenever we can.

Arriving after dark? Let us know: late arrivals are organised in advance, the light is left on, and a line stays reachable throughout the stay, night and day.

The house

What is provided, and the house rules.

You will find hotel-grade linen — sheets, towels per person, tea towels —, a welcome kit in the kitchen and the bathroom (coffee capsules, sugar, kitchen paper, toilet paper, toothbrush and travel toothpaste) and a bottle of water chilling. The end-of-stay cleaning is covered by the cleaning fee of your booking; we only ask you to leave the house roughly as you found it, dishes done and bins taken down.

The residences are kept for quiet stays: no parties or events, and neighbours who sleep. The number of guests is the one on the booking. Pets are accepted depending on the house and its owner’s agreement: ask us before booking. A security deposit or a card pre-authorisation may be requested depending on the booking channel; the amount is stated before any confirmation and returned after the check-out inspection.

Getting here

From Nice airport, and getting around.

Nice-Côte d’Azur airport is ten to thirty-five minutes away by car, depending on the town. In Nice, the tram links the terminal to the city centre and the port; elsewhere, the train runs along the coast, with stations at Villeneuve-Loubet-Plage, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Golfe-Juan and Cannes. We can recommend a driver or arrange a transfer on request.

Once here, a car is useful in the hills and along the coast between two towns; in Old Nice, Old Antibes or the centre of Cannes, it is more of a burden than a help. The parking space, garage or street parking will be stated in each residence’s description, together with the real distance to the beach, in walking minutes.

See the territory
  • Villeneuve-LoubetThe Baie des Anges, the beaches and the Marina, the old village: families, long summer stays, the airport twenty minutes away. It is also our base.
  • Cagnes-sur-MerCros-de-Cagnes and its harbour, Haut-de-Cagnes and its castle, the racecourse in winter: the coast at gentler prices, a few minutes from Nice.
  • Antibes and Juan-les-PinsThe ramparts and the Provençal market on one side of the Cap, the pine grove and the beaches on the other: stays that stretch out, and jazz in July.
  • NiceThe city in every season: Old Nice and the Cours Saleya, the Promenade, the hills of Cimiez; the tram, the museums, the Carnival in February.
  • CannesThe Croisette and Le Suquet, the Lérins islands a quarter of an hour away by boat, the conferences and the Festival: a town that lives week by week.
