Rates and nights booked: PriceLabs revenue estimator, surveyed on 2 October 2026, which compares, for a one-bedroom flat, the 353 to 406 nearest comparable homes to each town within 15 km: for the smaller towns, mostly their surroundings. Nice and Cannes: all neighbourhoods. First season: a quarter of the comparable homes let for less, as a first season would. Top of the market: the rate from which the dearest quarter lets, plus 5% for automated pricing. Nights booked: out of the nights open for booking. Each town page details studios, two- and three-bedroom homes and the neighbourhoods. Our commission: 20% of the rental income paid out by the platforms, VAT included (our pricing).
